BASSBLOC APPLICATION AREA
WALL SOUNDPROOFING SYSTEM
Bass Bloc sticks easily any surface with spray adhesives and SR adhesives and start performing remarkably in any kind of space. it is used as a primary layer of infill wall soundproofing systems to absorb at diffrent frequencies to achieve zero resonance and maximum sound isolation. To improve the sound isolation, a layer for high density Sound barrier MLV is used before the bass Bloc absorber.
CEILLING SOUNDPROOFING SYSTEM
Ceilings in entertainment projects need bass bloc to isolate and absorb bass to stop inter floor sound transmission. STC Stands for sound transmission class which is measured in DB, Used in common language for sound reduction. the STC level of Bassbloc falls between 20Db-60Db in suggested soundproofing system for walls, ceilings & floor. with least thickness (25-75mm) maximum soundproofing can be achieved by adding a layer of Bassbloc.
Bassbloc is tested for its NRC and STC from ARAI. Complying to international testing standard of ASTM C-423, ASTM E-90 and ASTM E-413
