Why This Gets Ignored, Until It Can't Be

The acoustic problems that are already costing your business.

"Meetings are confidential until the walls give"

In most Indian office buildings, speech intelligibility between adjacent rooms is dangerously high. Boardroom conversations, HR discussions, and client calls leak into corridors and neighboring spaces. This isn't just uncomfortable in regulated industries, it is a compliance risk.

"Open offices are loud. Productivity hit"

Research consistently shows that noise is the single biggest productivity killer in open-plan offices. When ambient sound levels exceed 55–60 dB, concentration tasks suffer significantly. Most Indian open offices run between 65–75 dB. Employees aren't distracted the room is broken.

"Conference room echo makes every VC hard"

Hard walls, glass partitions, and tiled floors create reverberation times that destroy speech clarity. When your remote participants can't follow the conversation, it's not a bandwidth problem. it's an acoustic one. Most conference rooms are built for looks, not for communication.

"Guests complain about noise.Revenue follows."

For hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses, acoustic comfort is directly correlated to review scores and repeat bookings. Noise from adjacent rooms, restaurants, or mechanical equipment is consistently in the top five guest complaints. Poor acoustics is a revenue problem.

"Students and audiences can't hear clearly "

Auditoriums, classrooms, and lecture halls with poor acoustic design force speakers to strain and audiences to disengage. When the room doesn't support speech, your content doesn't reach your audience regardless of how loud the PA system is. The problem is the room, not the speaker.

"The project was "acoustic treated" goes wrong."

We regularly encounter spaces where acoustic panels have been installed decoratively rather than functionally wrong placement, wrong material specification, wrong density. Acoustic design isn't decoration. It's engineering. And the difference shows up in measurement, not aesthetics.

Who This Is For

Every commercial space has an
acoustic problem. Most ignore it.

Corporates & IT Companies

Open office noise management, conference room speech clarity, executive cabin soundproofing acoustic design that supports a productive, confidential work environment.

Auditoriums & Institutions

Educational institutions, cultural centers, and performance venues that require precisely engineered acoustics for speech clarity, music reproduction, or mixed-use events.

Healthcare Facilities

Patient privacy, clinical consultation rooms, waiting area noise reduction — acoustic design in healthcare environments that is as functional as it is calming.

Architects & PMC Firms

Project management consultants and architects who need a specialist acoustic and soundproofing partner for commercial builds integrated into the design and execution phase.

Government & Institutional

Assembly halls, courtrooms, training centres, and government offices that require acoustic compliance and performance specifications as part of the project brief.

Restaurants & Cafés

Controlling ambient noise in dining environments the balance between lively atmosphere and the ability to hold a conversation is a designed outcome, not a happy accident.

Our Complete Solution

One team. Every discipline. No gaps.

Commercial acoustic projects fail for one reason more than any other: nobody is responsible for how everything works together. The acoustic contractor installs panels without knowing where the furniture will go. The interior designer selects materials without knowing the acoustic implications.

We eliminate that problem entirely. Our team handles every discipline acoustic design, soundproofing, interiors, partitions.

Soundproofing & Noise Isolation

Mass-loaded barriers, decoupled wall systems, door and window acoustic sealing specified to your required STC rating. We design for the actual noise sources at your location, not generic estimates. Floor, ceiling, and partition isolation included.

Ceiling Baffles & Suspended Panels

For large commercial volumes — open offices, lobbies, restaurants, auditoriums — suspended acoustic baffles and ceiling clouds provide treatment without using wall area. Available in custom shapes, colors, and materials to match your interior design language.

Interior Design & Acoustic

Acoustic panels that are also design elements. Material selection that performs acoustically and looks premium. We don't treat acoustics as an afterthought layered over the interior we integrate it into the interior from the first design sketch.

Acoustic Design & Engineering

Room acoustics analysis, RT60 targeting, absorption and diffusion specification engineered to the specific use case of your space, whether that's speech intelligibility in a boardroom, even coverage in an auditorium, or ambient control in an open office.

Movable Acoustic Partitions

Operable wall systems that allow commercial spaces to be reconfigured while maintaining acoustic separation. Ideal for conference centers, banquet halls, coworking spaces, and training facilities that need flexible room division without sacrificing noise isolation.

Complete Project Execution

Installation, finishing, testing, and handover we don't just design and disappear. We stay until your room measures right and sounds right.

STC Ratings Explained: What Does Your Commercial Space Actually Need ?

STC (Sound Transmission Class) is the standard measurement of how much a wall, door, or floor assembly reduces sound transmission. An STC of 45 means a loud conversation next door is barely audible. STC 55+ means it is inaudible under most conditions. Most standard Indian drywall construction achieves STC 32–38 which means normal speech is clearly intelligible through the wall. For commercial applications: open-plan office partitions typically need STC 40–45. Executive offices and boardrooms need STC 48–55. Legal, medical, and financial consultation rooms need STC 55–60+. This guide explains what STC ratings mean in practical terms, how Indian construction responds to soundproofing treatment, and what you can realistically achieve without structural modification.

What Is Commercial Acoustic Design , And Why Most Spaces Get It Wrong ?

Commercial acoustic design is the process of engineering how sound behaves in a large, multi-use, or high-occupancy space. It's not about adding foam tiles. It involves room volume analysis, frequency response mapping, material specification, and construction integration done before the interior is finished, not after. The most common commercial acoustic mistake is treating it as a finishing touch rather than a structural decision. By the time the interior is complete, fixing serious acoustic problems can cost 2–3x what it would have cost during the build phase. This guide explains what commercial acoustic design actually involves, who should be in the room when these decisions are made, and what questions you should be asking before any project begins.

Open Office Noise: Why Acoustic Panels Alone Won't Fix It ?

Open office acoustic treatment is one of the most misunderstood areas in commercial design. The instinct is to hang acoustic panels on the walls and call it done. The problem is that in a large open-plan office, the primary acoustic problem isn't wall reflection it's direct sound travel between desks, and noise from HVAC, footfall, and adjacent spaces. The right solution combines ceiling baffles (which intercept direct sound paths), acoustic screens at desk level, floor treatment, and in some cases, partial masking with background sound. This guide explains the layered approach required for effective open office acoustic treatment and why the cheapest solution is usually the most expensive in the long run.

Conference Room Acoustics: Designing for Speech, Not for Looks ?

The ideal conference room has an RT60 (reverberation time) of between 0.4 and 0.6 seconds. Most Indian corporate conference rooms sit between 0.8 and 1.4 seconds meaning every word spoken echoes for significantly longer than it should. This dramatically reduces speech intelligibility, particularly for remote participants on video calls, who receive a signal that has already been degraded by the room. Conference room acoustic design involves absorption on the wall areas that produce the most problematic reflections (typically the short walls and ceiling), controlling flutter echo between parallel glass surfaces, and integrating the room's acoustic properties with its AV system. This guide walks through the complete conference room acoustic design process from room dimensions to material specification to measurement targets.
